Does GlobusPhone work with my existing Jio / Airtel / Vi SIM?
Yes. That's the whole point. Your existing mobile number becomes the shared business number. As long as your plan includes unlimited outgoing calls (most plans do), you never pay per-minute to us.
How is this different from Callified?
Callified is our enterprise AI-calling product — it uses SIP trunks, scales to thousands of concurrent calls, and is priced for high-volume sales teams. GlobusPhone uses your own SIM, caps concurrency to your SIM's limits, and is priced for Indian SMBs. Same AI brain in both. If you outgrow GlobusPhone, you add Callified to the same account — no data migration.
What's the AI caller?
A voice AI agent that places outbound calls for you using your own business SIM. It greets the lead, qualifies them in Hindi, Hinglish, or English, and either books a follow-up or transfers to a human on your team. Available on Growth and Pro plans.
Do team members need SIMs?
No. Only the owner's phone needs the business SIM. Team members install the app on any Android or iPhone and receive business calls over the internet. Calls they make go via the owner's SIM automatically.
What's the Fair Use Policy?
Every plan has a monthly outbound limit to prevent abuse (telemarketing spam). You see exactly how much you've used inside the app — no silent throttling. If you hit 80%, we email you. At 100%, you can top up or upgrade. We never suspend an account silently.
Is call recording legal?
We play a 'this call may be recorded' announcement before every recorded call, in line with TRAI guidelines. The recording is encrypted, stored in India, and only your team can access it. On cancellation, we give you 30 days to export all recordings.
Which phones are supported?
Android 8+ for the owner / SIM-holder device. Android 8+ and iOS 17+ for team members. iPhone users cannot be the SIM owner (Apple forbids third-party default dialers) but can be team members.
