What's not in the price
- Outgoing call minutes. Your Jio / Airtel / Vi unlimited plan covers every outbound call. We never charge you per minute.
- Incoming calls. Free on Indian mobile since 2015.
- AI calls are metered. Growth plan includes 200/month. Pro plan includes 1,000/month. Overage is ₹2 – ₹3 per AI conversation. Full usage dashboard inside the app.
- WhatsApp messages. Meta charges per-conversation on the Business API. Growth and Pro include a template budget; overage is passed through at Meta's wholesale rate.

Refunds & Fair Use
We follow a transparent Fair Use Policy — see exactly how much of your plan you've used, directly in the app. At 80% usage we email a warning. At 100% you can top up or upgrade. We never silently suspend accounts. On cancellation, you get 30 days to export all your data.
